Chassis Our chassis is a galvanised mild steel construction, fitted with appropriate beam axles, in tandem or tri-axle configuration, depending on weight and size. The larger units, which exceed 3.5t are fitted with an Air Brakes system. We also offer a ‘Kneel-down’ axle system for certain units providing a static kiosk look when open. The chassis is decked with 18 mm WBP plywood and covered with industrial vinyl flooring. Body Our trailer body is constructed from a 3 element GRP insulated panel construction, held together and fixed by means of a powder coated aluminum capping system which has been exclusively designed in-house for our products only, giving our trailers a unique look and robust structure. Interior Interior layout is designed to customer requirement (Bespoke). We offer a multitude of options for our counter systems (stainless steel, laminated, acrylic etc.) in various finishes and designs to suit customer needs. A variety of solutions are also available for internal d�cor, lighting and fixtures. Appliances We have access to an enormous range of quality appliances covering all catering applications and requirements. The equipment we supply is available in a variety of brands, in electric or gas. Exterior Our bodies are available in two standard colours (White or Beige RAL1015). Other colours can be achieved by spray painting the exterior or applying a vinyl wrap design. We can implement designs produced by the customer for the external decor, or assist in creating a suitable look, with a variety of sign systems (available with lighting if required).
